TWO STEPS TWICE is a young team of music and film enthusiasts working together as a team of freelancers to tell both musical and visual stories that matter. We manage musical artists (Maale Gars, TUYS, Pleasing or EASY EASY) and release music (NINON, Reveal Party or THEM LIGHTS) across genres and territories on our label. We are also a video production company focusing on music videos next to selected short-film productions and commercial projects.

We are looking for an intern to support the creative side of the company and for somebody to take a lead on selected post-production projects. The ideal candidate is a highly organised graphic design or film student with editing experience and a strong passion for both film and music.

Duration: 6 months from November to April - with possibilities to be turned into a freelance opportunity

Schedule: flexible with 30 hours / week

Location: mostly remote, physical productions in Luxembourg / Europe

The responsibilities for this position are:

• Assist and occasionally take over post-production of selected projects: music video / short-film / commercial editing, grading, graphic design & animation design
• Assist the creative direction of film projects: creation of pre-production assets, communication with various stakeholders, art direction
• Occasionally assist the production team on organisational or admin tasks
• Assist video and film productions on shooting days: directing and art departments

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Experience in video editing, animation and design using the Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong sense for aesthetics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German and Luxembourgish are a plus)
• A strong proven interest for music and visual arts
• First experience in the film and music industry
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with cloud-based tools such as Asana, Google Drive, Zoho Books
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a design, film, or related program
