TWO STEPS TWICE is a young team of music and film enthusiasts working together as a team of freelancers to tell both musical and visual stories. We manage musical artists such as Maale Gars, TUYS, Pleasing or EASY EASY and release artists across genres and territories on our label. We are also a video production company focusing on music videos.

We are looking for support on the administrative side of the company and for somebody to take a lead on selected projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about the Luxembourgish music and film scene and brings experience in business administration.

Duration: one month unpaid trial period, open-ended freelance agreement thereafter

Schedule: flexible with 10-30 hours / week depending on workload

Location: mostly remote, physical productions in Luxembourg / Berlin

The responsibilities for this position are:

• Manage visual content creation projects & music video productions
• Assist artist management
• Manage promotional campaigns
• Pitch to media outlets and potential partners
• Register songs at collecting societies
• Assist funding applications
• Invoicing & Pay Invoices
• Assist the structuring of an early company and explore new business opportunities

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German and Luxembourgish are a plus)
• A strong proven interest for entrepreneurship, music and visual art
• First experience in the music industry
• Strong organisational skills
• Experience with leading teams
• Experience with data and financial budgets
• Experience with cloud-based tools such as Asana, Google Drive, Zoho Books
