Am Gronn POP UP Store 

You’re an entrepreneur, a creator, a young start up or a merchant? You want to take the next step and move your e-shop to a physical space ? 

Am Gronn is looking for a new tenant for its POP UP Store.

Situated in the heart of the old town, in the rue Münster (next to the Musée national des histoires naturelles and the Abbaye de Neumünster), with an individual entrance and a big vitrine visible from the streets, the Pop Up area occupies 13m2 of the am Gronn front space and has an individual storing space next door.

Shared with the bistro, you are free to decorate your given space, as well as your part of the window.

We are a community driven space, so we are always keen on collaborating, creating new projects and synergies with our residents. Whether it be on internal am Gronn projects or other activities. 

Sharing, trust and respect are major components of our functioning.

Note: 

1. The merchant must have a business and establishment permit no later than the day the store opens. 
2. Before taking over the premises, each tenant is obliged to show an insurance covering civil liability for the duration of the rental.
3. The rental period is to be agreed between the two parties.
