The CinEast Film Festival team is looking for collaborators!

For our 18th edition (10-26 October 2025), we are looking for several motivated and flexible collaborators (m/f/x) to help us with various organisational aspects of the upcoming edition of the festival: Print Traffic Coordinator, Press & Communication Officer, Hospitality & Production Assistant, and Volunteers & Young Audiences Coordinator, mainly during the period August/September — October 2025.

Candidates should have good organisational & communication skills, be fluent in English and preferably French (for Press and Communication Officer fluency in French is a must). Knowledge of Luxembourgish would be an additional asset. Applicants should possibly have at least some experience with organising (cultural) events, and be based in or around Luxembourg.

New team members will be part of a motivated team of professionals and volunteers, able to work flexible hours (partially from home) for the most part - except the period during the Festival dates (10-26 October 2025), when full availability and personal presence is required.

The main responsibilities of each position are the following:

Print Traffic Coordinator – Oversee the coordination of festival films, manage imports/downloads & testing, work with screening venues, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Press & Communication Officer – Help shape our PR strategy, draft press releases (FR&EN), coordinate interviews, prepare the press conference, monitor media coverage, and support social media & community management efforts.

Hospitality Assistant & Production Assistant/Trainee – Support the Festival Producer and other team members with running the festival’s office, help with organising events, venue management etc., assist in organising travel, accommodation, and logistics for festival guests, support the hospitality team, and help with overall festival coordination.

Volunteers Coordinator & Young Audiences Coordinator – Lead our volunteer team and develop engaging experiences for our young festival-goers.
