Marketing Manager (all genders)

TWO STEPS TWICE is a young team of music and film enthusiasts working together as a team of freelancers to tell both musical and visual stories that matter. We manage musical artists (EASY EASY, h3nce, Maale Gars or Tuys) and release music (JEWLS, NINON, Reveal Party or THEM LIGHTS) across genres and territories on our label. We are also a video production company focusing on music videos next to selected short-film productions and commercial projects.
We are looking for a marketing manager to support the label side of the company with a focus on our new imprint called odd4. odd4 empowers progressive and innovative voices from thriving European subcultures. We are the independent home for those who find beauty in the odd, the bold, and the fearless. odd4 complements the TWO STEPS TWICE ecosystem through an international label imprint focused on modern indie rock and alt-pop.
The ideal candidate is a highly organised indie music enthusiast who knows how social media works in 2025 and brings solid experience in music marketing.
Duration: open-ended
Schedule: flexible with 8-11 hours / week (to start with)
Location: mostly remote, possibility to join one co-working day per week in Luxembourg
The main responsibilities for this position are:
- Collaborate on building and pitching the marketing strategies for our releases
- Setup, monitor and adapt digital ads across platforms
- Coordinate creator / influencer marketing campaigns
- Pitch to independent and editorial playlist curators
- Pitch to selected media outlets across Europe (Focus on Radio & Online)
- Curate and market our own playlists across DSPs
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Music Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in planning and executing music marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of how to promote releases across digital platforms and media channels.
- Social Media Savvy: In-depth knowledge of how social media operates in 2025, including trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement strategies on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Advertising Proficiency: Hands-on experience setting up, monitoring, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- PR Network: An established network with media outlets across Europe is a big plus.
- Organisational Skills and Adaptability: Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities to handle a flexible, part-time role while efficiently managing marketing efforts for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German, French and Luxembourgish are a plus)
- Experience with cloud-based tools such as Asana, Google Drive, Zoho Books
