Entering under the aegis of the Fondation de Luxembourg in 2021, scholarship applications continue to be processed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research.
The Foundation awards scholarships to students who reside in Luxembourg pursuing higher education studies in the following areas:

Scholarships are awarded on the basis of the applicants' academic merit, the advancement of their studies, and the strength of their personal application. Students meeting the criteria are invited to apply for the 2025 scholarships until November 1st, 2025.
